The assumption is that these 4 were the ones (and only these) who went to Rockingham and were on the property.
I had forgotten about this. Sounds like Roberts, doesn't it? But maybe it is not.
I saw that a LOT of things done in this case were based on "assumptions" and many of those assumptions were Wrong. Just look at what happened with Roberts and how he was hidden for so long thru assumptions and a few "misrepresentations" in testimony and public statements.
And to my knowledge, the defense did not catch this and when their chance at "cross" came did they ask the "proper" questions. It blew past them---unless it was one of the things decided on within the "in camera" discussions in Ito's office. Something that I am giving more and more attention to.
As someone who "critically listens" it seems to me that someone--Cochran, Shapiro, Bailey or even those back at the office watching would have caught that. It almost SCREAMED in its deception.
