I too agree with your observation and we've surely dropped many a hot trails.
It would be really great if we could bring issues to a conclusion and post a content of conclusions.
For example, once we beat the ice cream issue to a close, that would be one listing.
Such a structure might even become an important reference for us and others interested around the planet interested in taking another look.
Have no idea what the technical implications of implementing this would be though.
