And they will settle with Johnny, so that they do not have to reveal what really happened. In this day and age, there is no excuse for not being able to devise a method of restraining a person without using deadly force.
I am always amazed that in the psychiactric hospital, we would have been fired or jailed just for having a weapon on the grounds. We took weapons away from people with just out hands and minds. We had about a day of training in how to do this. I guess the difference was that we were concerned with the safety of those who we were there to serve, instead of just ourselves. Another thing was that cowards just did not get through orientation.
