I got my first DWB (driving while black) ticket. That's all it could have been, unless....
I haven't gotten a moving violation in 20 years. This one was out and out BS. The cop told me that I failed to stop at a stop sign- at an intersection that doesn't exist. He was obviously unfamiliar with the area. I've been driving the same rout for 16 years. I ALWAYS stop at stop sighs. When I was 19-years-old I came very close to getting killed by two guys in a parking lot who didn't.
I did have some safety concerns. There was no legitimate reason to pull me over (NONE), and the place had to pull over too was perfect for an ambush. There were no witness anywhere. Another thing that bothered me was the fact that these guys belonged to a tactical unit (drugs, shootings, etc.) For the record, their names were R. Connor, badge number 4035 and J. SVIZ, badge number 405. --Jasper
