Your post was informative and I thank you.
However you did make one big mistake.
The fact is, I knew much of what you said about the Cets and the Druids (thanks for the stuff I didn't know) and I never said I thought they were synonymous with Nazis. What I didn't know (or didn't remember) was that they had anything to do with Bavaria where Hitler vacationed in his Eagle's Nest. That was a surprise.
It was the Bird connection (Larry Bird of the Boston Celtics) to Hitler's Eagle's nest that I was responding to and Mark Fuhrman's personal history. Fuhrman said two things that brought the idea of the Eagle's Nest and the Celts together (this is in The Smoking Gun). He said that his interest in Nazi symbols was becasue of his interest in war and history in general. He called himself "somewhat of a war and history buff." Secondly, for no good reason, he went out of his way to name his three favorite sports figures of all time number 33 Larry Bird as his third choice. The "Fuhrman collection" of movies is awash in bird links. The Celtic link to Bavaria, therefore, struck me as being very interesting. --Jasper
