It was part of what the guy who sent the Amecis Curie motion said the judge said. He was not allowed to speak, but he was allowed to sit in the courtroom. It could all be bullshit of course, but clearly the appeals court report that was word for word the same everywhere had been written with clear bias only reporting what was said negative about the appeal. Many of the things written by the good doctor clearly could have been in between what was written on the biased media. It was said that the phone records had been altered. They are the bill Hodgeman gave to the Brown's who gave it to the attorney.
