so far I haven't commented on Wasz, Bosco, Nitrini, etc.................... Part of the reason is that There is nothing about Wasz/Bosco's hypothesis of the crime that contradicts mine. I remmeber posting somewhere some time ago that, IF Wasz was telling the truth, then the alleged plot was nothing but a bizarre coincidence, because it did NOT result in the bundy murders. Kaelin is the true murderer, period............. Which is to say that BOTH Wasz/Bosco's AND my theory could be true............. Jasper's problem is that his theory and W/B's are mutaully contradictory............ Only my immense admiration for Joe Bosco (I consider " A Problerm of Evidence" to be the best book in the OJ 'library') causes me to spence any time at all dealing with his theory. If anyone at all had offered it, I would reject it out of hand....... I have so far only found one big 'hole' in his theory as stated on LongBow: his explanation for the call to Officer Merrin at ABOUT 10:30. For one thing, he makes a significant error in stating with too much certainty that it took place at 10:30. Reading Merrin's civil court testimony will show that Merrin was not all that certain about the actual time............ More impartantly, however, is his explanation for that phone call: that the conspirators were trying to induce the cops to go to Bundy and discover the bodies earlier than they were, and he suggests that the conspirators wanted the bodies found before OJ left for the airport.......... But, if that was truyly the case, then how do you explain that, according to Merrin, the caller only refered to bodies "on the west side"? That's pretty damn vague for someone wanting the cops to go to a specific address. Why not just make an aonymous call phone a pay phone to 911 saying, "I was just walking down bundy and saw a woman lying on the doorstep of 875 S. Bundy?".......... Furhtermore, I find the idea that OJ was acutally at the murder scene after the murders that night, and with other people as wel, to be completely laughable. Bosco says, in essence, that there was , in fact, evidence that others were there, but they were very good at cleaning up after themselves, so that there was no evidence. Reminds me of bob August's argument of why the cops didn't find any blood trail on the south path -- absence of evdence is proof of presence. Using that kind of argument, you could say that the Pople, Billy Graham, and a dozen litle green men were there that night............ And, so far, he does nothing to explain the cause of Kaelin's thumps, the position and condition of the Rockingham glove, or the anomolous condition of the blood drops with OJ's DNA in them at the murder scene...........
