The above testimony is from

Remember a while back I said that Kato had gone out to check the noise and he said that he had seen the limo and no one was in it. I said that the only time that could have occurred was 10:40pm when Park was making a call on the call box to the the house. Park was then watching the house from the time he sat back in the car till he saw Kato at 10:50 something.

Well Kato in his testimony above admits he went out not once but twice to check the noise. So when Park saw Kato at 10:50 something that had to have been Kato's second time out. And the only time Kato could have gone out and seen the limo empty was at 10:40 and that is the time the civil trial plaintiffs say the murders were occuring. And the civil trial like the criminal trial needed OJ to make the noise to prove their claim that the glove had not been planted behind the guest house but they also needed him at the crime scene at the very same time.

This would officially make the glove planted according to the trial records since it proves that the noise occurred on or about the same time as the murders.

Interesting developments. The case appears to be unravelling by the official records.
