Jasper, in the referenced post below which I know is centered on events at Bundy, but in Iago and other posts you address the subject as though the locus of a bleeding injury began at Rockingham. May I start there too, with a couple of side steps? Please correct me if my interpertations and presumptions are incorrect.
1) You have mentioned that Robert Kardashian testified that OJ was prone to cut himself often. On what kinds of things could and did he cut himself?
2) Why didn’t he notice being cut? I believe you indicate that RK mentioned some kind of nerve damage or disease? which prevented him from feeling such cuts.
3) Has it been speculated what may have caused the cut during the evening time of June 13, and when?
**Information extrapulated from other posts and Igo and implied in the reference post.**
4) There was a car (occupied by an accomplice) parked on Rockingham at the boundry of Salinger’s and OJ’s property line. That is; South of OJ’s Rockingham gate, facing North, with a view of the rear of the Bronco. Was it located someplace before? If so, when was it moved to that location?
5) The watcher had seen OJ move the Bronco onto Rockingham, park it and then return to the house.
6) How did OJ open the gate as he moved the car? Exit the car? Lean out the window and punch a key pad? Where was the key pad? I believe in Iago you diagramed a key pad to the right of the gate from the inside of the property. Difficult from a car with left hand driving position.
6a) I cannot find the particular reference now, but I believe you have written that the gate remote control was missing. How did the gate close? An automatic timer? Were there separate remotes for Rockingham and Ashford?
6b) Both gates opened inward, right?
7) Sometime after the Bronco was parked, OJ again come to his Rockingham gate and opened it with the key pad and sliped sideways through the partialy open gate. The dog Chachi had accomplished that trick when the gate was even less fully open. The occupant of the watching car saw these events occur.
8) **My Problem!** The watcher was able to tell from just this brief observation of OJ (see 7 above) that he was bleeding from a cut on a finger of the left hand and the watcher observed castoff blood on the driveway pavement at this time. The observer had great eyes or access to an awfully good binocular or telescope.
9) OJ and the dog made a circuit through one or more neighbor’s yards and/or a vacent lot and returned to the Ashford gate and re-entered the property, at which time they entered the house; or was this when OJ stopped and chiped some golf balls? How did OJ open the Ashford gate? With an remote control or did the gate have a keypad?
9a) It was during this excursion with the dog that OJ inadvertently cast off a blood drop which landed on the door of the Bronco . 10) This sequence of events was after the hamburger run with Kato. After sunset, right? Did the garage mounted security light come on? Daylight Savings Time would put twinight at about 9:00pm local, and full dark between 9:30 and 10:00pm local time. Was the garage security light controled by a motion detector or electric eye sensing deminished natural light? Or was it switched on as determined necessary, possibly a timer? Was there more than one security light? Maybe in a tree? Did the tree light operate as the garage light did; ie switch, timer, motion detector or electric eye? Was the tree mounted security light positioned to illuminate the yard area, or was it positioned to illuminate the driveway/walkway in front of the main entrance?
11) Park arrived at the Rockingham address by driving North on Rockingham (seeing neither the surveillance car nor the Bronco), turning East onto Ashford and pulling to a stop at the Ashford gate with the car crossing the street/property demarkation (there was no sidewalk) and nosed up to the Ashford gate, leaving some of the rear portion of the limo extended into the street Ashford.
11a) I seem to recall a phrase saying the limo parked opposite the Ashford gate. That phrase stimulates my mind to picture a car situated parallel to the lateral line of the street. In that view it cannot be determined if the limo was on the opposite side of the street or on the gate side of the street, or even in the middle of the street. Is it possible that I may have seen a diagram which indicated that Park, at some point in time, executed some kind of u-turn on Ashford so that he was pointed in a Westerly direction at some time before stopping at the Ashford gate?
11b) Park later entered the Ashford gate, loaded OJ, and then drove through the Rockingham gate As he exited the property and turned left, it was then he saw a parked car. How did they open the gate? See 6 above.
12) In regard to 8 above, did the observer (after OJ’s departure by limo) enter the porperty, explore the driveway to reconnoiter and then observe the castoff blood drops? Wouldn’t he have placed himself in jeopardy? See also 10 above re: security light.
12a) It was this observation that was passed to a person or persons at Bundy that caused them to fein a person walking and dribbling blood, as well as obtaining a bloody (left) glove and returning to the Rockingham address etc. etc. etc…
