Pat :

there is at least one glaring error in your letter to Fetzer. You state that Kaelin's alibi call was to a friend in Orange county, and so recorded by the phone company computer, and that it ended at 10:43.

you are confusing the actual alibi call with an earlier call that Kelin made to a friend in San Diego immediately before his alibi call. In act, it was San diego call that kaelin interrupted in order to invite himself to g along with OJ to the McDonald's.

Rachel Ferrara, Kaelin' alibi witness, lived in Mar Vista, and the call was a local call, unrecordedby the phone company computer. At the prelimanry hearing, Kaelin at first treid to say the call started at 10:10. Ferrara, howeve, testifed to 10:20.

The time of the so-called thumps, was, at first, 10:30. Then 10:40, and, fianally, for Petrocelli at the civil trial, moved up to 10:50. In turth the thumps never happened at all.

The most curious thing about this alibi call is that, whenever Ferrara was asked "How did you kno what time it was when...?" she replied "I asked Kato",m each and every time.

ow, how is it that Kaelin knew the time? When someone asks me the time, i look at a watch or clock, and i assume you do to.

Kelin, however, under Petrocelli's questioning at the civil trial, consistently denied looking at a watch or clock AT ANY TIME during the evinding.

For details, see my web page linked to this site.

IMHO, you also deserve an Olympic gold medal in conlusion jumping by assuming that the person who made the 10:30 -- 10:45 phone call to a back number at the police station had seen men in uniform at the Bundy site.

But this makes no sense!

Why would such a person, seeing what apparently are policemen moving around dead bodies, even bother to call 911, let alone a back number? And why impersonate a Channel 4 reporter?

Hint: It is documented that Kaelin could imitate women's voices.
