I believe this particular story became bigger as it was told or else it is different from the one which was told by the man you robbed homes and was casing the area that night. At about ten oclock he saw two men who appeared pretty bulky in size carrying two bags out the front gate. One hour before he noticed them going in the back gate. From some of the stuff stated early by the police, the garbage about the difficulty of getting into these properties came from what the police said this burlar needing one full hour to case the house. Again a fabrication as he was casing the entire area from his own account. Much of what the police stated this man said and did was disinformation to discredit him because of what he did truly see. Once one takes out police statements of what he said, and take only what he said his statements seem credible about him. It shows someone was inside the apartment before Nicole came home from dinner. I know nine to ten doesn't fit most people's timeline but then everyone in Brentwood seemed to be operating on before the time change anyway. He said that he saw two husky men enter the back walkway at nine and leave in different clothes carrying a bag each at ten. Makes one wonder if Nicole did go to the Ice Cream store at ten or so as the ice cream man originally stated before told it had to be sooner.
