The point is the waiting is what the testimony says he did, time gone or not. This is the point of the animations. When you see what the animations show the testimony says you see how absurd it is. Many of the attacks against the animations were because they don't fit someone else's theory. Jasper has no control over what the testimony was. The particular animation which has O.J. Simpson waiting behind Kato's room he isn't seen by Park's until the animation shows it. It also shows that Kato's testimony and times don't fit. Perhaps when Jasper has time he might do an animation of what O.J. says he did that night. Then we can see what really happened that night.
