You are missing my point. The testimony of Kato puts OJ behind the wall at a specific time. The testimony on Park indicates the time he saw OJ. Neither testimony indicates what he might have done between those times (they couldn't have known) but it was Marcia's story that certain items ended up in the bag sitting outside, so if you are going to do Marcia's version, this needs to be included. From the testimony of Kato and Park, nothing was put in the bag once OJ was seen by Park and Kato outside the house, ready to go. It had to have been done before and needs to be included in the animation.
