Whoa Jasper. I was not calling you a liar and a fraud. That never crossed my mind and it was not my intent to imply that. I apoligize for making you angry by what I wrote and not making myself clear. My reason for saying I was not going to discuss the animations anymore was because we obviously have differing opinions that discussion is not resolving. There are many areas like that in this case. For now I am looking for areas of agreement. I think we both agree that Kato and OJ would have seen each other by the testimony that Marcia received from her questioning. And that is important. People need to know that.
When I said that the animations are your creation and show what you what them to show, it may have seemed like that meant I thought you manipulated what you did somehow. I don't. You took the testimony and put it in an animation that shows how it would have had to happen for Kato and OJ not to see each other. You also showed the results of Marcia's theroies- Kato and OJ run into each other. While OJ could have started moving sooner and done something in the shadows, we have no way to know and the result would be the same anyway.
I have my reasons for thinking that OJ and Kato saw each other. I may be wrong. Either way, this is the pivotal point of this case and thats why I have really pressed on the animations.
The testimony you posted at the end seems to support that Kato waved at the limo driver after OJ went into the house. He could not have done that if he was on his way to the garage walkway. So posting this confuses me and I do not see how it supports what you say.
Do you remember how we went around about where Schwab saw the couple? We finally resolved it. I do not think we are going to resolve the animations, so I plan to just stay out of further discussion. Maybe I will change my mind later but for now I like to let it go.
