can someone tell me what a sham transaction is? in 1991, oj entered into a sham transaction with lou brown, taking a lien on browns home to protect it from creditors. the $300,000 lien remains in place to this day. were there other sham transactions. also marcia clark claimed at first she didn't know who oj simpson was when she was asked to take the case. marcia's first husband, gaby horowitz, used to gamble at the same clubs frequented by oj, and undoubtedly knew him. horowitz, an israeli professional backgammon player was shot and left paralyzed under peculiar circumstances, by a minister of the church of scientology. this minister also performed clarks second marriage to gordon clark.
