I was speaking of different rules. Someone other then O.J., no need to bring blood to crime scene or some of the other bizarre deeds of the LAPD. As you say, the guy goes to jail for trial and then either death row or life without parole. This is the absurd and very dangerous attitude happening not just in CA. The entire United States. We know that innocent people have been executed and yet our Country has don't nothing to stop the death penalty. In England they found out they executed an innocent man shortly after the execution and they have stopped death penalty as a rule. Parliment keeps prolonging how long this moratorium will last. I believe the last time it came up it was for another fifty years.
