I have never heard of that book but you can browse some of the pages at this link http://www.amazon.com/gp/reader/1568250584/ref=sib_dp_pt/102-0575735-0802566#reader-link seems rather interesting actually, seems some informant by the name of skinner and something to do with the white brotherhood etc.. Ive sometimes wondered about the high profile cases we see on the tv and wondered about whether or not there are groups like that involved.
