All I know about the fresh water is that all searchers began looking in the surrounding lakes in the area just weeks before they went back to the bay to search and suddenly there she and the baby show up. The media has shown the entire world where Scott went fishing. Now because the Fetus is at least eight and one half months and probably full term the pundits keeps stating that on Dec 24th Laci was eight and one half months pregnant. No Way. She was just over seven on that date. The fresh water in her tissue is an interesting issue. I am also appalled they are creating a Laci Peterson law as it isn't necessary. CA law already protects women who are pregnant. This law is an Anti Abortion tactic.
