This knife always bothered me, it looks planted by someone for sure. Nicole was afraid of knives I cant imagine her leaving a knife out in plain view, or even thinking to defend herself with one. Something else that just occured to me now, if she was ever really afraid for her life did she have a gun or any kind of weapon, pepper spray etc.... Now I would assume a woman on her own and afraid of being abused or killed would have some kind of protection in her home if she needed it. But a knife for her I dont think so, when you have a fear of something your not likely to handle it much or as little as possible.
