The line continues all the way to Torrance only because of the arch formed in going (mentally) from the cantina on Washington to the recovery center on Lincoln and the large cluster of streets in the area bearing the names of U.S. Presidents (Washington, Jefferson, Van Buren, Harrison, Lincoln, Grant, Garfield, McKinley, Wilson, Harding, Carter and Bush). Following this map from Brentwood to Marina Del Rey, Washington (picture on the one dollar bill) comes before Lincoln (picture on the penny and the five dollar bill). Denise was at the table with Nicole and Juditha in Mezzaluna when Juditha lost her glasses. Although other members of her family sat at that table, she and Nicole are the only ones connected to the features of Ron's Baja Cantina story that connect in succession by streets with names of U.S. Presidents. Most of them (Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson, McKinley, Wilson) are close together in Marina De. Rey but a few blocks east of Demise's workplace in Torrance is Madison. --Jasper
