Let's try a "thought experiment".
I give you ten million dollars -- or whatever amount you want, since this is purely imaginary -- to prove your theory of the crime. That is, you can hire any expert or number of experts to examine the EXISTING evidence; you can have anything you want investigated (BUT WHAT YOU WANT TO FIND OUT MUST BER REASONABLY CAPABLE OF PROVING). You can advertise your findings.
What would you do that you haven't done, or others haven't done, to prove your case and get justice for the true conspirators and exoneration for O.J.
CONVERSELY: What is it you might find out that would cause you to abandon your theory. WHAT WOULD REGARD AS ADEQUATE DISPROOF?
Okay, I'll go first.
If I had such unlimited resources, I would hire prfoessional forensic scientists to prove or disprove my method of creating the Bundy blood drops using "pseudoblood" made from blood clots.
Furthermore, if my suggested technique did NOT work, I would pay them to try to find a technique whereby any person using materials readily at hand (i.e., a technique requiring, say, an electron microscope or laboratory centrifruge would be allowed)could plant the blood.
If such research did not verify my suggested technique or come up with another one, I would abandon my theory.
Next, I would go see OJ personally and ask him two questions: "When Kaelin ran errands for you between Rockingham and Bundy, such as picking up the children or the dogs, what vehicle did he drive." I would expect him to reply "The Bronco." I would then ask: "Are you aware that on the morning after the murders, kaelin told the cops he never drove the Bronco, and he did this before he was informed about the murders?" I would then show him the passage in Eliot's book to prove that fact.
Now, if that didn't at leat get OJ (or any of his children) curious enough to hear me out for the rest of my theory, then I would give up on this project.
For the fact is, there is nothing more to do on this issue that can accomplish anything real without OJ or one of his children sponsoring it(and I doubt they would sponsor it while their father was alive.) Without such support, we all might as well be those medieval monks arguing over how many angels can dance on the head of a pin.
Next, I would get a copy of Marc Eliot's seventeen hours of taped interviews with Kaelin and have OJ and his children listen to them.
Then I would somehow get a sample of Kaelin's DNA -- perhaps a lock of hair or get him to lick a stamp, or even a paper napkin he's sneezed in -- and match it against the four unidentified blond hairs and the unsourced #4 allele found in the Bronco.
Failure to find anything suspicious on the tapes, and particularly not having a DNA match would also cause me to abandon my theory.
Now, Jasper, your turn
