Dick and I talked about doing just what you suggested with a barking dog, bringing along his son to help. I am the one who had some reservations about disturbing the neighbors. However, it would work best with several people to be at Pilnak’s, Heidstra’s various spots, Tistaret’s, Karpf’s, Stoffer’s and Fenjves. One would need to establish when a person at a location could hear but also when they could not hear. It would be a very difficult experiment to set up and this time I would expect the neighbors to call the police right away.

The prosecution’s exhibits, crime books, photos and such have been removed from the courthouse and are being stored (to my knowledge) by Bill Hodgeman in his garage. Why? I do not know. It angers me that a citizen can not get access to this information.

You may be right that the couple’s recollection may have faded. Or they may remember very well as some people do, but they just didn’t want to get involved. The defense missed the boat on this one. If this couple walked by and did not notice anything at Nicole’s, it was after the Akita had been found by Schwab.

For all the talk about the published picture of OJ in Bruno Maglis before the murders, I have yet to see a copy of the newsletter or even hear about anyone who had one, other than the one presented to the court in the civil trial. I am assuming a newsletter is mailed to many people, some who even save things like that. I have expected someone to try to profit from it by selling a copy on Ebay or publishing it in a book. Was it faked? I don’t know and would like to rule that out.

The information on the guy in the gray Nissan comes from the BBC special done on the Simpson case. The guy who talked to Dick told him the investigators had found a police report where Nissan guy had called the police after the murders. I would like to see that report and talk to the guy.

As to why I would hire a PI to investigate the house across from Fuhrman (when he lived in CA), that is from something Bosco told us about when we met with him. There may be a connection to others involved in this case.

I would ask Caroline Fuhrman the names of her two children just out of curiosity. I suspect they are named Adam and Alex.

Ron Shipp was involved in domestic violence counseling and may have been involved in the Dunne case. Shipp is a good friend of Fuhrman. I suspect Fuhrman knew Dominick Dunne or knew a lot about him prior to the murders.

I doubt the Salinger’s garage has been moved since the murders. Even though the Rockingham house is no longer there, I think a person could learn more about that area if they could just get back to the area.

As for the limo driver, Rocky Bateman had been a regular driver for OJ. He was the guy Simpson referred to as “the tall guy”, the one OJ expected would let himself in the estate, as he had done many times before. There is some confusion about the timing of St. John asking Park to drive. It appears to have been before the regular driver cancelled out.

I know that even finding the answers to these questions may not bring me closer to knowing who did it. But it would help in determining how the crime was committed. Well, some of the questions would anyway. I do not have a particular theory about who it was that committed the murders. I have not ruled out some of what Jasper has researched about Fuhrman nor have a completely ruled out some involvement by Kato. I am suspicious about Kato being in that office that night (the one place where he could easily observe OJ’s bedroom). I am aware he was looking for another place to live prior to the murders and had a falling out with Nicole. However, I do not see him as the murder or one of the murders as you do.
