you can't make an omelettr without breaking eggs. the hell with the neighbors. You can accomplish it all in a matter of minutes.

Well, there ARE ways to force it out, but they tend of to modestly expensive, and time-consuming. For instance, filing Freedom of Information Act suits. What is your source of information about Bill Hodgman storing the stuff? And if he is indded storing it, why not go to Hodgman personally and ask to see it? All he can say is no.

Oddly enough, I remember seeing reproductions of the newsletter pictures in question somewhere on the Net, but, like so much else in life, I can't remember where.

If the Nissan driver had come forward within days of Jill Shively's surfacing, I would reard that as proof of her story. If there was such a driver, and he called the cops, why didn't he push his case further by, like shively, contacting the media? I truly regret to say that if such a person came forward today, I would not be able to believe him for several reasons. But, of course, I do not believe that 'Nissan driver' existed in the first place.

If you claim that Shipp was a 'good friend' of Fuhrman, then this argues against fuhrman's putative motive of racism. I do know they were at least acquainted. Dunne was a celebrity before even his daughter's murder. but even if the two were drinking buddies, what does this have to do with the OJ murders?

Well, then sneak back in there! I was going to suggest just that to Dick before he showed there was a (temporary) construction fence in front of the Salinger's when he went there. You could be on and off the proerty with the pix you need in less than two minutes.

I find this statement rather odd since Dick himself alleged that, on OJ's behest, Kaelin cleaned up the Bronco.

Which 'office' is that? In spite of my theory of Kaelin's guilt, I can see nothing 'suspicious' in kaelin's being in the 'office', since the 'office' at the time was the back room of Kaelin's quarters!
