Jasper, On top of the NEED for an accomplice for OJ to be guilty---the DA's were adamant that he worked alone and had no accomplice --even after the fact.

For OJ to have an accomplice--it had to be someone who knew that OJ was going to kill Nicole ahead of time and was waiting in place at the time OR someone he called afterwards.

This is the kicker because either they KNEW from phone records that they claimed he did not have that he didn't have or they had to Hide the fact that they had phone records for other reasons.

They could not state--we know for a fact that OJ did not call anybody because we saw the records. That would break their big lie that the records could not technically be gotten.

The only other way is a pay phone which would have taken more time in the timeline to do.

And it is technically possible to take all the payphones between Rockingham and Bundy and get the records from them--calls that are made between certain times.

I think for them to try to say that an accomplice helped him--and prove it with phone records would have exposed something else. Instead they said that they couldn't get the phone records.

I personally think the phone records would have shown way way more than they ever wanted to expose about calls to and from the Browns, calls at Ron's apartment, calls to and from Nicole's and calls to and from OJ's house...and calls to and from Kato's.

The big lie has always been that it was not technically possible to get a "phone dump" on these phones.

Also, I think the sweats in the washer (or around the dryer) weren't dark blue anyway. Does anybody but me recall them being red? Or is that a false memory on my part. I also seem to recall that Fung dismissed them because of their size. They were more a female size than a man's.
