Jasper,
In his civil trial testimony Kato said that O.J. was wearing the sweat suit when they met after O.J. returned from the recital. I don't think he was asked what O.J. wore at that erly time anytime in the Criminal trial. He first called it a sort of warm up suit, dark with white around the zipper. I hadn't seen the picture of O.J. and his daughter at the recital till I saw it here and doesn't it look like he was wearing what Kato described, dark pants, white open shirt and a dark sports jacket. In trying to remember details, the white shirt could have been mistaken for something "white around the zipper". He remembered dark pants, dark jacket and something white at about seven and if this is so, O.J. didn't change before going to McDonald's. And why would he. Looking for a motive, Clark suggested that O.J.'s rage was growing after the recital and saw his opportunity to do some killing after Gigi called at about eight to ask for the evening off.
Kato's civil trial testimony shows that no such thing happened.
