What Kari suggests is ludicrous. The top of the fence was a steel pipe about an icnh and a half in diameter, with sharp points sticking up. Furhtermore, it was completely blocked by trees and shrubs in the area in question.
Nor was the window to Arnelle's room "about where the air conditioner and fence is" (unless you want to say it was "about where" the swimming pool was as well.) While there is no specific floor plan or photo showing Arnelle's back window, it had to be at least 30 feet further east on the path from kaelin's air conditioner.
