I just finished reading Murder in Spokane, (garage sale, 25 cents, not worth it). I thought that I might learn something new about fuhrman but the only thing was what a dilettante and bore he is. The book is very poorly written.
The only interesting part I found was in Acknowledgments, where he names the people "without whom this book would not be possible".
One of them is Stephen Weeks, who he says helped him investigate and write the book "as he did the two previous". I didn't know he had a co writer to Murder in Brentwood, other than the advice from Lucianne Goldberg.
He then names Nina Rosenstand. "A loyal listener and friend. Nina's help was essential to this book. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are second to none - she proves that a professor doesn't have to be absentminded. I look forward to Nina's calls every week."
I did a Google search on Nina Rosenstand and now it got interesting. She is a psychology professor in San Diego and has written The Moral Of The Story, a text book on ethics. The interesting part is that the book uses movies as examples to study!!
I couldn't find out how and when they met, but they both appeared in Martha Moxley's Friend's Guest Book in 1998.
Does anybody know anything about this?
