Jasper, I don't disagree with anything you say here. In fact, it also points to the fact that Fuhrman Knew whose name the Jeep was in (or at least what address was on it).
Why would anybody even think that the car of this woman had the address of an ex husband as the address listed?
Much of this as you say lends itself to Fuhrman knowing a great deal more about Nicole in general and the Rockingham estate than he ever admitted to.
And risking an argument, I say that the cops would have been running the plates of any cars parked anywhere near the scene to try to ID Ron Goldman. And they didn't do that. If so, they would not have been 4pm the next day FINDING the car parked on the street. It was not in his name but it would have been the car of someone who did not live in that neighborhood so it would have at least been a "car of interest" at a murder scene. Had it been there.
I was once at a club when an off duty cop shot and killed someone. We were inside and saw nothing but as everybody left, the names and addresses and statements of EVERY single person at that club was taken.
It seems to me the "normal" thing that would have been done would to have been to get a description and the license of every car parked in the area while they were allegedly going around knocking on doors of the neighbors.
Back to topic--Fuhrman showed way too much prior knowledge of the setup, are area, the cars, and everything--including that OJ's address would be on the registration of that Jeep.
