Yes, and even in the trial they told that the photos were out of order from what they had been testified to. Scheck and Neufield went over themselves and got the contact sheets because the DA refused to get them for them. The guy working there didn't realize that they weren't supposed to get them---he thought it was normal for them to have them and gave them to them. And of course it was. Clark had lied and held them back. Another time she lied to court.
The problem by then was that Furhman had testified to the photos being taken at another time. And had swore that he had NOT been in the crime scene til about 7AM> And that the photos were taken at that time.
The DA's had rearranged the photos to show that Fuhrman was there later than other shots when that wasn't true.
The perjury charge against Fuhrman could have included much much more than the N word.
