It all depends on who the suspect is. Lizzie Borden is no longer sympathetic, even with the truth, no one wants to give up the lie. Lucretica Borgia never killed anyone. She was a pawn of her Father and Brothers. They were the killers. Once she married the last time and left the Vatican where her father the Pope lived she had a happy life and many children. No one died, nothing bad happened. Because of her father's position and his enemies her reputation was ruined. The guy who's case became the Fugitive. His life ruined, and like O.J. he is set up again and again to look guilty that now his son has proven him innocent, yet the courts won't accept it even though he is dead. James Caan is in an apt with another man and a women who makes a living considered dubious and the man goes flying out the window falling way to far for it to even be suicide. No charges. Why?????? Who decides who's life gets destroyed and who's doesn't? Why does a normal civil case take four to five years but let it be someone after a Celebrity and it goes to the front of the cases?
