I have been thinking about the choice of the possum and wondering if there is any significance to my having choosen that animal. I have tried to think of all the people involved who might have pretended they were sleeping. I come up with Kato who could have pretended to the cops. Stein who pretended to Karpf that she was sleeping. Fuhrman who pretended he had been sleeping when Phillips called. Sydney and Justin could have pretended to be sleep. There may be others. Anyway, I am relooking their role in this to see if I missed anything. In other words, how would things have been affected if they had not been sleeping and were just playing possum.
