___________________ My conclusion O.J. came out of the house as he said he did and Park didn’t see him coming out (a four or five second lapse) because he was looking at Kato. He saw O.J. go BACK inside. It’s the only scenario that fits the time and motion of the men involved according to the time of Park’s call to his boss and the statements of all three men. _______________________

However that does not fit your Kato's walk animation where Kato comes out on the path, goes behind the garage, OJ comes out and goes in and then Kato comes to open the gate. The difference in your animation is Kato heads out for the side of the garage and Park has not yet seen OJ when Parks says he saw OJ almost immediately (no time for Kato to head toward garage).

This is Park's testimony- Q. Okay. Did you see something else after you saw that white male on the Ashford side path? A. Almost simultaneously as I saw him, I saw somebody cross the driveway and go into the house from this area, came out.

Then later- A I waited a couple seconds to see if the white male was going to come and open the gate, which he didn't, so I got back out of the car and buzzed the gate again. And at that time I got an answer

Q. Did you see where the male white was at that point? A. He stood there pretty much the whole time. Q. Could you see whether he walked over to the garage area at some point while you were waiting for him to open the gate and talking to Mr. Simpson? A. Not that I can recall, no.

Would you look at this again? You are trying so hard to convince me that OJ did not come from the south path, that you are missing the timing of Kato and OJ a few feet apart within seconds.

Right now I am not focusing on where OJ was coming from, only that he had to enter the house before Kato went to look the first time. Park saw Kato on the path that parallels Ashford. I have a picture of where Park indicates he first saw Kato. Park sees OJ right after.

In Madame Foreman, they write that they requested Park's testimony because he had said he saw OJ in his walkway, not in the driveway. Carrie Bess comments that Park saw Kato and OJ simultaneously.
