You make some very good points here and I will review things taking into account what you have written. I will also review the tapes I have of Kato and Park testifying. Sometimes a witness will indicate with a pointer something that does not get into the transcript (Remember the couple walking South on Bundy). I appreciate the time you took to answer because I think understanding this is crucial to knowing what happened that night. Dick believed that Kato saw OJ and that OJ made some gesture to him that caused Kato not to acknowledge OJ was there or let the driver in right away. But if it is as you say, that Kato went down the south path and then OJ came out of his house and went back in, it is a whole different ballgame. It will probably be a while before I can review everything and get back to you.
