I find Park's testimony rather flaky. He claims he was on the phone, talking to St. John, while he made his observations. This was important for the prosecution, to use the phone record for time line purpuses. Park testified that he called his boss bacuse he was getting concerned that nobody was home and he didn't know what to do. Isn't it odd then, that he didn't tell his boss that he saw not one but two people there, and one of them he must have assumed was O.J.. Instead the conversation ended with St. John telling Park that if O.J. hasn't showed up at 11.15, to turn around and come home".
