I believe Park was stoned because of some of the questions asked of him. When O.J. in his video said that Parks was a good guy he just didn't get it right except for where he saw the figure he was being kind as trace levels of THC were found in O.J.'s blood. The amount one finds from Second Hand Smoke. Parks admitted to smoking a few cigerettes while waiting and that once he even got out of the car to smoke one as he watched the house. Funny how he noticed no cars on the street when we know Kato's was there. The thing about smoking pot is that short term memory is effected during the time of inebriation which makes people forget much of what happens during the time. This explains seeing two cars. This explains not seeing Kato. This explains why he didn't see any figure until it goes into the house. He has half memories. It is so common I am amazed a former assitant D.A. like Johnny Cochran didn't go with it. Parks testimony would have meant nothing as time slows down under the influence also. Clearly O.J. Simpson who still believed in the Justice System and didn't want anyone else to get hurt. One can get their memory back from the time lost but it takes a lot of mental discipline and lots of thought.
