The defense stipulated to the drug screenings because O.J. didn't want to crucify the victim. It was in one of the pretrial hearings. One of the first. The stipulations I mean. At first for about 2 hours people started making jokes about O.J. getting high but forgot to go do the murders, stuff like that when it came out it was trace as in second hand smoke. Then the entire thing got scrubbed on the net. I will be surprised if you can find it anywhere. The first Pretrial Hearing was not on CNN as it was supposed to be and there was a different case on Court TV. I couldn't get it anywhere. The second one was on CNN, and Court TV. One of the first things done was the blood screen stipulations. They didn't read them out loud like the other stipulations. They just stipulated to not use the drug screenings of the defendant nor the victims. Not legalese nothing. If they did it will be a surprise for me. It didn't occur to me until just now that perhaps what the prosecution was hiding was Parks being high. I know Kato vehemently denies using drugs. Then he throws his daughter out as proof that he has a reason not to use drugs.
