I remember distinctly the finished stipulating that had been read during the first pretrial hearing not aired anywhere. It was finished the second hearing, first one after Preliminary Hearing which wasn't aired, then the second one was aired and Marcia asked if they might finish the blood screed for drugs stipulation. Judge Ito stated that it had already been read, and they so stipulated. We don't know what was in their bloodstreams. It was never put into evidence because all drug screens were stipulated to. Because it was about drug use, by law, anything about it was sealed. If used in the Civil Trial they were doing an end run by using his clothes having trace amounts. Those were the days if someone sealed something it staid sealed except adoptions of course and then only if both parties agree. Those days are over forever.
