You can go to the SBC homepage and follow it to the page where what their status is. Now, believe me this is frustrating, but most of the time they tell you that email is fine. When it is messed up for thousands if not more. You call and if hold time is more than thirty minutes you pretty well know that not only is it their fault, but if you get them on the phone, many times they will tell you it is not them. They don't understand, I didn't get hacked. There is no virus. I touched no configurations. They simply tell you they are not having trouble in that area and that it must be your computer configuration. So then you try to fix it the next thing you know you get to pay for a service visit for a man to reconfig your SBC. You know more than I so it isn't that bad. BTW-they are tapping phones on people and they can make up any of three reasons for getting a tap. Making weapons of mass destruction, drugs<not qualified in any way to protect the innocent>, and one other thing I can't remember but I believe Non Citizens.
Absurd.
