I know about the removal of many criminal trial stuff, you can sometimes go into ojtalks members now even if not and read the transcripts. I haven't done it but once since I stopped paying. This was when that rumor was going around about a No J running the site and getting addresses to fake. What I meant about scrubbing the net of the stipulations is that it was reported and disappeared the same day. You could put into search Bundy Murders, Drug screen, and get nothing. I was a novice at the time but I was able to do a simple search. I still do as I don't want a search engine deciding what is on the edge of the refined search. Lost more info that way. Back then I couldn't believe all one could find. Info was open to everyone. That was not one of the things available. Anyone from AFOJS remember when this was brought up just after the verdict? That they didn't have the stipulations except about the glasses existing and telephone bill existing. BTW-speaking of glasses, Mrs Brown was raised in Germany. To testify falsely against another was as bad as murder or rape. It violated the very core of that society to lie in court. The penalty is never glossed over when someone is caught lying in court. The sentence is truly long. In some cases it could mean a life sentence. Our laws are as strong, but we don't enforce them.
