I hesitated to replying to this as I simply didn't want to be mean. I am not surprised in anyway that the person who you finally got to help you with support wouldn't piss you off. You have a lot more knowledge than I do about computers and such yet I knew they'd talk down to you and infer that the trouble had to be with your computer. It is scary to think that SBC has gained so much control right now. They have a plan out now, calling plan, which could cause ATT to lose major amount of their long distance customers as well as broadband and air time customers.
