John, At the time, I think Golden was referring to the stomach contents and from them it appeared that Ron "could" have died after Nicole.
Of course, given the other info, it could not have taken place that way--not in the scenario that it appears to be.
There were several "conflicting" items such as that one. Such as the exact same body temp. considering that Nicole had the great blood loss from the very beginning.
BTW, Gatewood says to give you his regards. Saw him today at the party for our nephew's high school graduation.
