Missing something? Among other things, you've been missingjust about everything I've been writing for the last six or seven years.

You've also been missing the link to my web page that Jasper so kindly provides.

Nor do you have to read "50,000 pages". My web page, printed out, is about 40 double-spaced typewritten pages long, but my assertion is in the title headline.

But here are my central points:

1. Kaelin has no alibi for the time of the murders-- 10:00 to 10:20 pm of June 12th, 1994. However, it requires a detailed examination of the relevant testimony from Kaelin and Rachel Ferrara to see this (copies or links to the relevant transcripts are provided.)

2. There is no other explanation for Kaelin's 'three thumps' except that he made them up as a way to later direct the police investigators to find the glove which he, Kaelin had planted earlier. all other explanations fail due to being either impossible violations of the laws of physics, or assuming actors that doe things adverse to their own interests, or both.

3. Kaelin had access and opportunity to steal the relevant pieces of 'evidence' later found at the crime scene -- the shoes that made the prints, the dirty knit cap with OJ's hair in it, and the missing knife and blue/black sweat suit, as well as the shoes. Citations proving this are provided on my web page.

4. This leaves only the five drops of OJ's blood found at Bundy to be explained. However, if anyone wants to use this blood as evidence against OJ, they must also explain why all five drops were dropped from a stationary source two feet or less above the sidewalk, showed signs of severe bacterial degradation, and contained less than 1% of the DNA one would expect to find in drops of that type.

I suggest a technique whereby Kaelin lobtained and planted OJ's blood, and which further explains its abberrant conditions.

While this is the one part of my theory that I can not yet prove conclusively (all others are supported and documented), this is due to the expense of running the technical research that could settle the question. However, my suggestion is nevertheless subject to such testing.
