In just the last hour it has come out that the autopsy report of the baby says that he had a noose made of plastic tape around his neck with a knot over the left shoulder. They said one and 1/2 loops of tape, don't know how you make 1 1/2 loops.
It also had a cut from the left shoulder down over the chest. It was not ragged. This would be over the heart, but the heart seems to be intact.
They released most of the autopsy report 10 days to 2 weeks ago. They realeased this just this week to the defense and prosecution. Therfore it did not figure into the satanic theory of the defense as they just got the report. I think the Modosto police sat in on the autopsy.
The noose had only 2 cm. of slack and the skin underneath was protected from the water, which shows it was put there prior to being in the water.
There was no significant blood in the house so the baby was not born early there. The umbilicord looked cut and was less than 1/2 inch long.
Looks to me like they where going to hide the report while Scott had the bad attorney. I think Geragoes asked this week about the report that he though something missing,not sure.
Look at the significance of this as relates to the OJ and other cases of framing by the police and media. The pundents are now digging the bottom of the barrel to still try to say Scott did it. Miss Marple, I know you have trouble getting news, so will try to keep you updated. anyone else get something post it here for us and her.
