There is most likely a serial killer loose either in the Bay Area, Sacramento, and Modesto. Maybe even thirty miles down the freeway to Merced and up to Yosemite. All these areas have had killings which someone else took responsibility for. It is either some sort of militia group which has gone underground for a while, or else one to two men who can don disguses and make their way anywhere and do anything. Kind of like how they show the tag team efforts of the two men in the movie ENOUGH with Jennifer Lopez. Something has been going on since the late seventies. This city of Modesto had a long time D.A. who controlled everyone. An attorney who had great success and began beating this guy trial after trial by showing how corrupt the system here is, we are called little L.A., suddenly gets this client who had him all the way to trial when he begins asking for him to bribe a jury member. Of course as you know an attorney can't pull out if it makes the client look guilty so he had to stick with him. Well, they edited tapes made by the defendant to make it seem as if did try to bribe a jury person. He was arrested, tried and convicted. He was also supposed to run against Donald Stahl in the next election when it happened. Then Stahl retired. He named Brasilton as his successor. This man is a menace. He could teach Garcetti a few things. One thing Scott Peterson has going for him is the fairest most respected Superior Court Judge Girolami I believe the are separating his name in the paper online either because of typos or because the media outside this area keep misprounoucing his name. He is a good judge whatever media might say about him. He is also angry with the police and even the Grantskis. I will not be surprised if he does not at least have them arrested for contempt of court as Scott Peterson will probably have to be released because of what they did and no trial will be held. I am not attacking you but trying to make you realize that they have taken away what angered you so much when the LAPD hosed down Bundy before the Defense could even look at the murder scene. Her clothes are imperative, the baby crib, so Scott's not supposed to have anything left of his own son. He didn't kill her. She didn't die Christmas Eve. 33 to 38 week old fetus. Seven and a half months pregnant on Christmas eve. Feb 12th was the due date. She was disappeared 47 days before due date. The weeks don't match up. At the most giving all extra weeks to the seven and one half weeks she was when she disappeared is at most 32 and a half weeks. She was two days short of seven weeks to her due date. I know how horrible this crime was, but I don't believe she was killed until sometimes late January or early Feb. They would even consider saying 38 weeks unless it was closer to 38 then 33. Something is very wrong here in Modesto right now. The police sitting in their cars and allowing the Laci's family take all the possessions in Scott and Laci's house is monstrous. Especially when the truth comes out. Why now? Why now do they do this when the fetus is shown to be to far along for Scott to have killed them? Why won't our D.A. admit he is wrong and let him go? They know they will have to let him go and admit their mistake but instead they let the family take all he has. Thank goodness the house is in his parents name.
