Jasper, It was puzzling, wasn't it? Also that not only was a black hair found but what appeared to be an Asian hair. They don't know if one of the two is Asian or part Asian.
It could be partly explained by what we said earlier...that she was attacked by one person or group and then later killed by another.
What impressed me was in this article (by this author) and by the quotes from other people, etc., it implies that people are taking this very seriously---and are less than comfortable with the circumstantial evidence that Skekel was convicted on.
And did you notice that neighbors did in fact put this guys in the neighborhood that night.
