Jasper, I did notice that between the Prelim and the trial, Fuhrman picked up a person to be WITH him when he looked thru the gate at the side.
Bailey was good at pointing that out. The fact that someone was with him (if they were) was never mentioned by MF in the Prelim. He said it was because nobody asked him if there were. Sheesh!
