Yesterday, I watched some of MF testifying and some of Vannatter testifying.

I had forgotten how "respectful" and appearing to cooperate MF was yet not telling anything of importance MF was.

ANd how dense as a rock Vannatter appeared all the while acting towards Shapiro like Shapiro was too dumb to live--for not understanding that he was a 27 year experienced cop who should not be questioned at all.

I did learn something else. While I knew that the cops did not make notes at Rockingham---yet Vannatter and others took notes while interviewing Kato---they did not take notes about what they did and when. It was law/required that they make a sequential note of what they found and when. They did not do that. None of the 4 did. And there was a "master" note taker or something that didn't do it either.

So, although finding the glove was the most Major thing that happened in the case--nobody wrote it down anywhere that they ever found it or when. It is also not written down where and when they found the blood drops.
