I think it is guilt that turns the victums family so bitter. This is probably true with Nacy Grace also. They do not seem to care who is unishe as long as someone is. They project their own guilt out onto anyone accused of a crime. There guilt may or may not be realistic but it there own self hatred that makes them such haters.
