I went back and listened to Cochran again and he did say the car sped away from the scene.
I asked in another post didn't Heidstra say that another car coming down Bundy also went by at a fast rate of speed?
If so, couldn't this have been the car that MAG says she saw. It would be coming from the curve that both Dick and Jasper say would be a good lookout point.
I can't 100% remember about the other car but I sure recall hearing that at some point.
If so, could it be that BOTH cars were speeding away from the scene as it was approx 1045 when MAG says that this happened?
