This is a puzzle. Just having listened to most of Cochran's opening statement where the tells that OJ bought the Malibu condo for her (which she rented out) and one in Dana Point for her (he also had one down there) which I think she rented out as well. And that OJ helped her get the Bundy condo as well. I have heard repeatedly that she paid $3,000 per month on the Bundy condo. I know that it sold in the $800,000 range when the Brown's sold it.

I know of a hearing about what they found in her safety deposite box and there was a lot of cash. A LOT of cash. The DA's even said they were surprised at the money that she had.

I failed to understand why OJ telling her that she couldn't use the Rockingham estate on her IRS forms as her address was going to cause her to have to move immediately and sell the condo on Bundy or rent it out.

She had the $50,000 to give to her Dad in the Spring--which many people wouldn't have had in the first place--not in a wad anyway.

The $3,000 per month seems low for a mortgage on something that costly. Either she paid a lot down on it or something because at that time, the interests rates were much higher than they are now. At that time, mortgage pymts were from $600-$1,000 per $100,000 in cost of the house.
